Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your use of EZVideoGen at ezvideogen.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy explain related data and purchase practices.

Description of Service

EZVideoGen provides video tools, creative workspaces, reference examples, prompt guides and storyboard planning. Each tool describes its workflow, inputs and available output options. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Use images, video or likenesses without the rights or consent needed for your use, or create deceptive impersonations or non-consensual intimate content.
• Remove rights notices or AI disclosure labels from material without authorization, or misrepresent reference clips as your own generated results.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

Applicable prices, credit requirements, supported features and payment terms are shown before a paid service is purchased. Preparing or saving a creative brief does not place an order.

When subscriptions and credit packs are offered, purchases are generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Confirmed failed tasks return deducted credits to the balance; this is not a cash refund. Cancelling an available subscription stops future renewals. See the Refund Policy for details. Only the provider identified at checkout processes a particular purchase.

Intellectual Property

The service includes our original content and third-party reference material used with permission. Rights in each remain with their respective owners. You retain rights in the material you provide and are responsible for having the permissions needed to use it.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. Account closure is not available as a self-service setting in the current interface. Signed-in users can submit an account closure request through support tickets; submitting the request does not immediately delete the account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
